Frank J. Mahoney

Frank J. Mahoney, age 88 of Pleasantville, NJ died peacefully at home on January 30, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Pennsville and was the son of the late Frank J. and Elizabeth Guerin Mahoney. He is survived by his wife Angelina (Sebastiani) Mahoney, four children, Joanna (George) Helfrich, Maureen Mahoney, Frank (Trish) Mahoney, Vincent (Maria) Mahoney and five grandsons, Vinnie, Shane, Frank, Ryan and Rocco Mahoney and a sister, Dorothy Bunting and a brother Edward Mahoney. Frank was predeceased by two sisters, Elizabeth Dolbow and Marie Wyshinski. Frank graduated from Salem High School in 1945 and the University of Delaware in 1956. He retired from the IRS in 1988 with 32 years in the Fraud Division and proudly stated that he never lost a case! Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Seton in Absecon and burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing, NJ.
